Hey, I’m Libby — the woman behind Base Layer Studio.

I’m your behind-the-scenes weapon when running a brand starts to feel like too many tabs open in your brain.

I’ve spent over a decade inside fast-growing fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands - building the systems, teams and strategies that keep everything running (and scaling). From managing eComm and wholesale ops to working with 3PLs, fixing broken logistics, running digital campaigns, and getting backend chaos under control - I’ve lived it all.

I’ve led teams, hired staff, built workflows, sorted HR messes, and helped founders make sense of their numbers when everything feels like a blur of sales, costs and vibes. I know what growth looks like - and what gets in the way of it.

Now, I work with early-stage founders or those who are bit further into it to bring structure to the madness - helping you build a business that doesn’t just look good on the ‘gram, but actually works behind the scenes. I can support you with strategy, digital execution, team management, operations and day-to-day problem-solving.
